Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods – NeoMart accepts payments through Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and leading Wallets. All transactions are processed securely via trusted payment gateways.

Payment Confirmation – Orders are processed only after successful payment. An order confirmation email/SMS will be sent once the payment is verified.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – COD is available on selected products and pin codes. NeoMart reserves the right to allow or restrict COD depending on order value or delivery location.

Refunds – For approved returns or cancellations, refunds are initiated to the original payment method as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Payment Security – NeoMart does not store your banking or card details. All transactions are encrypted and handled securely by third-party payment providers.

Failed Transactions – In case of failed transactions where the amount is deducted, your bank/payment provider will process the auto-refund within 6–8 working days.
