Product Availability – All products listed on NeoMart are subject to availability. In case a product is out of stock after placing an order, you will be notified and refunded (if payment is already made).
Order Placement – Customers must provide accurate details (name, address, contact number, email) to ensure successful delivery. NeoMart is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
Order Confirmation – Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with order details.
Pricing & Offers – Prices are displayed clearly on the website. Discounts, deals, or promotional offers are time-bound and may change without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery – NeoMart aims to deliver products within 6 to 8 working days, depending on your location and product availability.
Cancellations – Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you may raise a return request (if eligible).
Return & Refund – Returns are allowed only on selected products within 3 days of delivery, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Fraudulent Orders – NeoMart reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent order without prior notice.
Delivery Policy (NeoMart)
Delivery Time – NeoMart aims to deliver all orders within 6 to 8 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Delivery Charges – Standard delivery charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Some products may come with free delivery offers.
Delivery Areas – We currently deliver across major locations in India. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery timelines.
Order Tracking – Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/Email to track your shipment status in real-time.
Delivery Attempts – Our courier partner will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your package. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be cancelled.
Delayed Delivery – In case of unavoidable delays (weather, strikes, logistics issues), NeoMart will keep you updated via SMS/Email.
Damaged Package – If you receive a package that looks tampered or damaged, please do not accept it and contact our customer support immediately.
